After three hours, you're going to:

  • Have clarity on who your ideal customer is.

  • Have a sense of where to find them.

  • Know what to say to them.

  • You’ll know these things in a specific way β€” specific enough to act on them tomorrow.

How will the next three hours play out?

This sprint is built around four exercises, each one feeding the next.

  • You'll start by getting inside your customer's world.

  • You'll map the emotional and functional journey they take from when they have their problem to after you have solved it.

  • You'll psychology backed methods togenerate more ideas than you thought possible.

  • And then you'll bring it all together into a plan you can start acting on.

By the end, the fog should have lifted a bit. Probably more than a bit.
