IN THIS SPRINT
After three hours, you're going to:
Have clarity on who your ideal customer is.
Have a sense of where to find them.
Know what to say to them.
Youβll know these things in a specific way β specific enough to act on them tomorrow.
How will the next three hours play out?
This sprint is built around four exercises, each one feeding the next.
You'll start by getting inside your customer's world.
You'll map the emotional and functional journey they take from when they have their problem to after you have solved it.
You'll psychology backed methods togenerate more ideas than you thought possible.
And then you'll bring it all together into a plan you can start acting on.
By the end, the fog should have lifted a bit. Probably more than a bit.
Let's get into it.
