IN THIS LESSON

What you’ll need:

  • 3 hours of uninterrupted time

    • Turn off your phone. Close your inbox.

  • A whiteboard or a clear wall

Sprint Supplies:

  • Post-it notes (multiple colors can be helpful)

  • Sharpies (2-3)

  • A whiteboard or blank wall

    • Optional if using a blank wall: sticky flip charts.

  • Tape

  • Small stickers (like shiny stars or similar)

  • This sprint is a physical experience because when you write by hand, large areas of your brain switch on at the same time. The parts responsible for memory, movement and learning all fire together. This coordinated activity is what makes information stick. Unless you absolutely have to do it digitally, I recommend working in the physical world.
